Philosophy - Contact Graham at grahamramsay17@yahoo.com

These Seminars will demand a lot from you both intellectually and physically, either side of the touchline-the pitch, the classroom and informal discussions.  Your playing ability is not as important as your enthusiasm to participate.  By experiencing and "seeing" the same pictures as your players, you will accelerate and develop a greater understanding of this great sport.

Therefore, The Soccer School's motto sums up a large part of the philosophy behind these Seminars:

  • I hear and I forget.

  • I see and I remember.

  • I DO and I UNDERSTAND.

They are very much DOING SEMINARS.

The week-long workshop will demand a lot from you both intellectuall and physically.  You will be on the touchline as a coach, on the pitch as a player, and in the classroom as a student.  The Soccer School can offer a wide array of specialist clinics, lectures and discussion issues that effect our future.  These can be designed to fit your club's needs.  They can be half or full day in length.  They could even he held in the evening.

Skill and Tactics Seminar

The aim of this Seminar is to offer coaches ideas and methods to make the coahing of skills and tactics both enjoyable and purposeful

Learning and appreciating the Skills of Soccer are the basis of the game.  This aspect of coaching is by far the greatest need in USA Soccer today, indead some from last year's Tactics Seminar now feel 'ready' to take the Skills and Tactics Seminar. It emphasizes that skils make tactics function.  The Seminar focuses on passing skills to promote attacking play.
